Cancellation
Means withdrawal of an order by the customer before dispatch of the product.
4. CUSTOMER ORDER CANCELLATION
A. Cancellation Before Invoice Generation
Customers may cancel their order at any time before the invoice is generated.
Process
- The customer may request cancellation through the website, customer support, or authorized sales channel.
- Upon successful cancellation, the order will be terminated immediately.
- If payment has already been made, the customer may request a refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.
- No cancellation charges shall apply for cancellations made before invoice generation.
B. Cancellation After Invoice Generation But Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours from the generation of the invoice, provided the order has not been dispatched, shipped, or released for delivery.

Process
- Customer submits cancellation request.
- Company verifies order status.
- If the order has not been dispatched, cancellation will be approved.

5. CANCELLATION BY YDIK HEALTHCARE PRODUCTS LLP

6. REFUND OF CANCELLED ORDERS

7. NON-CANCELLABLE ORDERS
Cancellation requests shall not be accepted under the following circumstances:
Dispatched Orders
Orders that have already been:

• Shipped
• Handed over to courier partners
cannot be cancelled.
Such requests shall be governed by the Company’s Return & Refund Policy, where applicable.
Expired Cancellation Window
Orders for which more than 24 hours have passed after invoice generation.
