Return And Refund Policy

We assured you with the quality of Careway Ayu’s Products. Careway Ayu upholds the best quality standard of products and look forward to your contentment. On any grounds if you are not satisfied with Careway Ayu’s Products, you may return it within 30 days of purchase and get refund as per the norms of the Return/Buy Back Policy.

REFUND POLICY

The refund policy is applicable to only those products which are in saleable condition and partially used (i.e. Upto 25% used) with valid invoice. Products that have been purposefully defaced or spoilt will not be considered under the Buy-Back/Refund Policy. It is mandatory for Individual Careway Distributor (CD) to obey the Product Refund Policy in the form and content.

CAREWAY AYU’S RETURN/ BUY BACK POLICY FOR CDS:

CDs may return the products within 30 days of Purchase as mentioned below conditions:

Condition

• Saleable*: within 30 days of Purchase & Will return DP price less GST, Courier Charges & commission earned from this product if any
  *Saleable denotes to products that are sealed, unused, not expired and, not seasonal, discontinued or special promotion products.
• Unsalable**: within 30 days of Purchase & Will return DP price less GST, Courier Charges & commission earned from this product if any
  *Unsaleable are products which have been partially used (i.e. Upto 25%)

The products should be returned at the Careway Ayu’s Registered Office with an Invoice. Duration will be calculated from the Date of Purchase till the date the products are accepted at the Office (maximum 30 days).

Returned Stock will be examined by the Return Management personnel at Careway Ayu office. Condition of the Products will be considered and accordingly refund will be given based on whether the products are saleable or unsaleable.

If the Products are returned by the 25th of the month, in the Careway Ayu Points/ Volume will be considered within the same month else will be carried forward in next month Points. In case if any Individual or team commission earned from this product to be deducted from refund

The Buy-Back/Return Policy does not apply to the kit/ material provided for educational, training or promotional purpose.

Careway Ayu will deposit the amount in the respective CD Bank Account as mentioned in the contract. Kindly update the Bank account accordingly.

COOLING OFF PERIOD

If an CD decides to terminate the contract and surrender the membership ID/ opt out from Careway Ayu Business during the first 30days of Joining, he/she will be able to return all the Products and materials (purchased from Careway Ayu) and get full refund (as per Return/ Buy-Back Policy for saleable & unsaleable products).
