Leucorrhea
- What is Leucorrhea?
- Leucorrhea is a common gynecological condition characterized by excessive, whitish, yellowish, or sticky vaginal discharge. It occurs due to hormonal imbalance, infection, weakness of reproductive organs, or disturbance of Vata and Kapha dosha. Although it is not life-threatening, untreated leucorrhea can lead to weakness, anemia, backache, infertility, and psychological stress.
