Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha)

• Withania somnifera contains withanolides and withaferin as chief chemical ingredients that are having anti-anxiety and adaptogenic properties.
• In several studies it has been shown that Withania somnifera has a direct spermatogenic influence on the seminiferous tubules, presumably by exerting a testosterone like effect.

Tribulus terrestris (Chhota Gokhru)

• It contains various triterpenoids, like protodioscin, terrestresone etc, as major active chemical constituents.
