5. BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping Address

6. DELIVERY COVERAGE
YDIK Healthcare Products LLP delivers products across India, subject to courier service availability and serviceable PIN codes.
Customers are requested to provide the following information accurately:

Incomplete or incorrect details may result in delays.
7. ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

15. TRANSIT RISK

16. LOST SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is reported lost in transit:

17. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Delivery shall be considered completed when:

- Physical acknowledgement is obtained, or
- OTP verification is successfully completed, or
- Electronic proof of delivery is recorded.
Through Authorized Distributor / Direct Seller
- Product is handed over to the customer, and
- Delivery confirmation is received through OTP, signature, or other approved verification methods.
18. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Courier partners may attempt delivery up to three (3) times.
If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or incorrect address information:
- The shipment may be returned to the Company.
- The order may be cancelled at the Company’s discretion.
- Applicable charges may be deducted where permitted by law.
19. DELAYS BEYOND COMPANY CONTROL
Delivery may be delayed due to:
