18. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Courier partners may attempt delivery up to three (3) times.

If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or incorrect address information:

  • The shipment may be returned to the Company.
  • The order may be cancelled at the Company’s discretion.
